ABOUT The Caribbean Congress of Labour (CCL) is a regional trade union of national workers’ organizations from 13 States and 3 non-metropolitan territories of the English- and Dutch­ speaking Caribbean, namely Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Maarten, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.

OUR STORY
The CCL has affiliates in a majority of CARIFORUM countries namely Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Bermuda, Curacao, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Jamaica, Saint Kitts and Nevis, Saint Lucia, Saint Maarten, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago. Although the CCL has no affiliates from Haiti and the Dominican Republic, the CCL has interacted with workers organizations in these two countries, namely the Confederation des Travailleurs et Travailleuses des Secteurs Public et Prive. Confederaci6n Aut6noma Sindical Clasista, and the Confederaci6n Nacional de Unidad Sindical. It should be noted that the CCL is open to membership from every country in the Caribbean basin which is determined in Article Ill para. (a) of its Constitution as follows:
